Usually, a combination of column letters and row numbers helps out to create cell references. Row header label will help you out to identify & compare the information of the content when you are working with a huge number of data sets when it is difficult to accommodate the data in a single window or page & to compare information in your worksheet of excel. Whereas the column header is the gray-colored row, it will usually be letters (A, B, C, etc.), which helps identify each column in the worksheet.
